Kevin Nash, A WWE Hall Of Famer, Reacts To The Death Of Wrestling Legend Ole Anderson

Ole Anderson, one of the founding members of the famed Four Horsemen stable, passed away last week at the age of 81. While lamenting Anderson’s passing on “Kliq This,” WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash revealed that the late multi-time tag team champion offered him his first professional wrestling contract.

When questioned about coping with Anderson, Nash stated that he and the late celebrity were comparable. “He was a miserable p***k, but he was lovable—right up my alley… I am a p***k, so I got him. I always have him. I always get Ole. “I never had an issue with him,” Nash added.

Nash went on to say that Anderson was the “real deal,” and that no one had contributed more to his career than the former Jim Crockett Promotions star. He then relayed the story of how he requested Anderson for his WCW release in the early 1990s so he could sign with WWE.

“He never looked up, and he signed it,” Nash explained. The former WWE Champion remarked that he owed Anderson not just for introducing him to the business, but also for not questioning his request to be Shawn Michaels’ bodyguard in WWE.
