Kanye West A Suspect In LA Battery Case

Kanye West cannot seem to avoid controversy. The Chicago rapper has been listed as the primary suspect in a battery case involving an unidentified Los Angeles guy.

According to TMZ, West hit the man in the face after he pushed and/or shoved his wife, Bianca Censori. LAPD said that they will question West, his wife Bianci Censori, and other witnesses. The altercation reportedly occurred on Tuesday, April 16.

TMZ confirms that the man in issue did not require medical treatment for his injuries. Milo Yiannopoulous, West’s chief of staff, published a statement attempting to contextualize the altercation. West was simply defending his wife after she was “battered” by the aforementioned male, according to the statement. “Bianca was physically assaulted,” Yiannopoulous reported. “The assailant didn’t merely collide into her.” First, the head of staff alleged that the man placed his hands under Censori’s robe. Second, he claimed that the man “grabbed her waist” and spun her around.

Finally, the allegation said that the male “blew her kisses” before West intervened and smacked him.
Kanye West has been charged with assault and battery on numerous occasions. In January, the rapper allegedly beat up a fan who approached him for an autograph. He declared he was going to make a “f**king example” of the fan and hit him many times on the street. Following a confrontation with a LA photographer, West received completely distinct battery charges the same month. The rapper accused the photographer of following her and Censori before taking her cell phone and tossing it on the street.

Regardless, West has consistently evaded criticism for his public tantrums. In February, the rapper took to Instagram Live to discuss his relationship with Censori. “I’m gonna post my wife as much as I want, bro,” he informed viewers. “It makes me happy.” Some people don’t want you to be happy; they want you to make them happy. I chose to make myself happy, and I’m pleased with that.”
